Who Are we?
Method Pilates Studio is a private, classical Pilates studio dedicated to the traditional exercises and philosophies of Joseph Pilates. Classical Pilates is a sequence of exercises that are designed to move the body through a full range of movement. It builds from foundational exercises in the beginning, to more complex and advanced exercises as you gain more strength and control. It is for people at any stage of their lives.
This method requires a deep level of focus, and every part of the body is addressed. It will help prevent injury, improve posture and condition the muscles, giving people the freedom to feel empowered in their movement and control.

Our fully equipped Pilates studio is located on the Post Rd in Fairfield.
